Arrival & Departure

Guests may check in any time after 2:30pm. You will receive detailed instructions with self-check-in details before your arrival via email and via text message on the morning of. There is no on-site reception at La Dolce Vita, we are self-check-in only.  Check out is by 10:30am latest. Early check-in and late departure by prior arrangement only. Email to request.

 

Extra Guests

A Charge of $30 per head occurs for use of sofa beds/extra beds.

Booking Payments

La Dolce Vita takes 100% payment upon time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Any changes made to bookings during your stay may incur a full charge. Credit card details are required to secure a booking. We do not accept Cash as a form of payment. Card payments incur a 3% booking fee . Booking payments will be automatically be deducted from Card details provided, unless prior arrangement is made to pay via direct deposit. 

 

Cancellations

Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit a 100% payment.  Bookings cancelled outside of the 7-day window are 100% refundable. La Dolce Vita is not liable to refund any fees incurred through external booking sites. La Dolce Vita has the right to cancel any bookings at any time without notice, any cancelled bookings are entitled to a 100% refund. During high season December 27th until March 1st and Beach Hop cancellation less than 30 days will not be refundable unless prior arranged. 

 

Amenities

Each unit includes an ensuite, free WIFI, toaster, microwave, kettle, storage, basic cutlery & crockery. Some units also include kitchen facilities. Bringing your own cooking equipment (gas cooker etc) is prohibited. If you require specific cooking facilities during your stay, prior arrangement must be made. Depending on the time of your booking, assigning you a unit with cooking facilities is not always a guarantee. Please specify at the time of booking your exact needs.

Parking

Off-street parking is restricted to 1 car per unit unless otherwise arranged. Further roadside berm parking can be found on Beverley Terrace. Our driveway is a bit tight! Off-street Parks best suited to small - medium size vehicles. 

 

Guest Responsibilities

Smoking is prohibited in all units. Extra charges may apply for any cleaning or replacement costs if the unit and/or amenities provided are damaged, theft or loss of amenities or unit key, or if the unit is left in an unsatisfactory state upon departure. In respect for other guests, the cooking of odorous foods is prohibited in our studio units. Charges may apply if extra cleaning is required to remove stains and/or smells from the furnishings.  La Dolce Vita reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest, and/or request a guest to leave if these conditions are breached. The registered guest is liable to any extra charges incurred for damage to the unit.
